Affiliate program terms

These terms apply to the Dialed cash affiliate program. Affiliates must accept this version in the product UI before participating.

Commission

  • 20% of net revenue received — after VAT and refunds, never list price.
  • Commission becomes payable 31 days after each successful subscription payment.
  • Recurring for as long as that referred subscription stays active. Stops when they cancel. Not an annuity. Not transferable.
  • Voided on refund or chargeback. Already-paid commission is clawed back against future payouts.
  • Subscription revenue only — not top-up credit packs.

Eligibility and conduct

  • No self-referral — same person, household, card, or device → void and account termination.
  • One tier only. No downlines. Referring other affiliates earns nothing.
  • Approved claims only. You may describe the published commission rate and how the program works. You may not make income guarantees, unverified results claims, or projected earnings examples as if they are typical outcomes.
  • Banned messaging: "€9 for life" (use €9/mo for as long as your subscription stays active); invented scarcity beyond what Dialed publishes; implying employment by Dialed; calling setters or SDRs "closers".
  • Founding tier: limited to the first 50 completed Founding purchases as stated on Dialed pricing — do not invent alternate caps or deadlines.
  • No paid search on "Dialed" brand terms. No spam. No unsolicited bulk DM tooling.

Payouts

  • €25 minimum payout; balances roll forward until reached.
  • Payout rail is pluggable (Wise CSV batch in v1). Dialed approves batches before money moves.
  • Dialed may suspend accrual pending fraud review.
  • Dialed may change rates with 30 days' notice for future referrals; accrued commission at the old rate is honoured.

Attribution

  • First-touch ?ref= within 60 days (cookie).
  • Attribution is immutable after signup.
  • Legacy user referral codes remain valid for attribution analytics; cash commission requires an active affiliate account.

Suspension and forfeiture

Dialed may suspend or terminate affiliate access for policy violations, fraud, abusive promotion, or misrepresentation. While suspended, new commission does not accrue. Dialed may withhold or forfeit unpaid commission that arose from prohibited conduct, self-referral, or chargeback abuse. Paid commission may be clawed back against future payouts where refunds or chargebacks occur.
